A practice of presence based communication, Relational Meditation gives us the opportunity to step outside of conventional "social norms" when it comes to human interaction and step into being with what we are actually experiencing. Instead of trying to "fit in," we allow ourselves to be as we are.
Staying present in the moment as it is unfolding, we focus on our physical sensations and emotions and share our experience of being in connection with others as it happens. Together, we cultivate a way of being and relating that can foster greater understanding, spaciousness, authenticity, and intimacy in our relationships. Infusing the deep presence and wisdom of the Internal Arts creates an especially warm and enriching experience of community.
